Membership reports

This group combines views for already issued memberships and their distribution by plan and client.

Available views​

  • Issued memberships - opens the main list of issued memberships;
  • Membership instances by Membership;
  • Membership instances by Client.

How to choose the right view​

  • Issued memberships is the best choice when you want to open and work with a concrete issued membership or find one through filters such as "Usage type" and "Previous membership history".
  • Membership instances by Membership is a summarized report by plan and shows how many issued memberships exist for each membership type.
  • Membership instances by Client is more useful when you want to see which clients have more than one membership and which memberships were issued to each client.

Useful filters in "Issued memberships"​

In the main list, you can narrow results by:

  • "Code" - when you need a specific sold membership;
  • "Usage type" - unlimited, limited total usage, or per-service usage;
  • "Visit status" - unused, partially used, fully used, or still with visits remaining;
  • "Previous membership history" - clients who had or had no previous membership.

Previous-history filters are useful when you compare new and returning clients by membership plan.

What is useful to keep in mind​

  • The main list is closer to operational work.
  • The summarized views are better for analysis and often lead you to the client or the concrete issued membership.
  • Membership instances by Client remains grouped by the membership owner, not by every client the membership is shared with.
  • This section is about already issued memberships, not about configuring the membership plans themselves.
