How to choose the right view
- Check-in history is the right choice when you need a concrete session and want to inspect the client, service, status, duration, membership, and linked sale.
- Check-ins by date is better when you want day-by-day trends and a summary of total check-ins, unique clients, and visit duration.

What is useful to keep in mind
- These reports are separate from Appointment reports because they work with the check-in flow rather than calendar appointments.
- If a row has a linked sale, you can go directly from the report into the operational sale flow.
- When a screen offers file generation, the request is processed asynchronously and the file appears in Download generated reports.
