How to choose the right view

  • Appointments list is the best choice when you are looking for a specific booking and want to inspect that record directly.
  • Appointments by services list is useful when you need a detailed list by service, employee, resource, client, amount, notes, and media.
  • Appointments by clients list is useful when you want to follow the client, used service, seats, amount, payment, and status in one row. The "Purchased membership" filter narrows results to clients who did or didn't buy a membership within a chosen period — the same filter is also available in the summarized "Appointments by clients" view.
  • Summarized views are more useful when you need trend analysis, workload analysis, or grouped results by period, team member, service, resource, or source.

What you usually see inside

  • In detailed lists, rows open the actual appointment or the related record.
  • In summarized reports, you see count and amount per group, and from the row you can open the underlying detailed list.
  • In "Appointments by service", the row opens the detailed list for the specific service price option. This matters when one service has multiple prices, durations, or variants.
  • Some summarized views support switching between table and chart.
  • Filters matter when you want to limit the period, location, employee, service, or source before analyzing the data.

Count and seats in the referral source reports

"Appointments by referral source" and "Appointments by client referral source" show three values per source:

  • "Count" — how many bookings came from that source;
  • "Seats" — how many people are coming through them;
  • "Amount".

The two numbers match only when nobody books more than one seat. For group classes and for bookings with several seats, "Seats" is higher than "Count".

"Count" is measured per client on a booking — one row is one client on one booking, no matter how many services it holds. "Amount" follows the same grain and includes class prices and seats.
