How to think about this section
- Dashboard is a separate main menu entry, but it is still the best starting point for a quick overview.
- The main report groups in this section are appointments, check-ins, sales, payments, clients, and vouchers.
- Check-in reports are a separate group for the check-in flow and are not part of the appointment reports.
- Some additional groups depend on active features:
- Inventory reports require the inventory feature;
- Membership reports require memberships;
- Commission reports require commissions.
- Voucher reports are a separate group and are most useful when the business works with sold vouchers and issued codes.
- Client reports now also include client wallet balances and wallet movements.
- Some analytical views are part of Reports PRO.
How export works
- On most report screens you can choose
Generate & Download report. - After request, the file is generated asynchronously and downloaded from Download generated reports.
- The format depends on the specific report.
Currency in reports
- Many aggregated amount-based reports use a report currency context.
- In those reports, if
Currencyfilter is not selected, values follow the business default currency. - Some list-style reports can show the original currency from the specific row/document item.
- When comparing results across different reports, first verify you are using the same currency context.
