Calendar card settings, a fiscal memory report and the wallet in online booking

In the calendar you choose the zoom of the time grid, the column width and the arrangement of the appointment card. From the screen of the fiscal device you print a fiscal memory report for a month or a year, and when the device refuses, you see what happened and what to do. In online booking the client sees their wallet balance, and the description of a service unfolds in place.

✨ In brief

  • Calendar zoom: from 100% to 300% — taller rows and bigger cards.
  • Column width: from 80 to 240 px in the views with columns.
  • The appointment card: which elements are shown and in which order, wrapping of long text and a sample card in the settings.
  • Group class: a strip along the bottom of the card with the seats by client status and a marker for the minimum.
  • Fiscal memory report: for a month or a year, short or detailed (Daisy and Datecs X and MX series).
  • Messages from the fiscal device: what happened and what to do.
  • A receipt with an unclear status: a receipt that is printed but not saved is saved automatically; when the previous print did not answer, the system asks whether the receipt came out.
  • Marketplace: wallet balance, description of the service, and the duration and price next to each specialist.

The calendar to your measure

"Calendar settings" has three sections — "What the calendar shows", "Grid" and "Appointment card".

Zoom and column width

  • "Zoom" makes the rows of the time grid taller — from 100% to 300% in steps of 25. The standard view is 100%, and with a bigger zoom the calendar scrolls. It appears in the views "Day", "Day by employees/resources", "Week" and "Week by employees/resources".
  • "Minimum column width" is from 80 to 240 px (100 px by default) and appears in the views "Week", "Day by employees/resources" and "Week by employees/resources".

Arranging the card

Under "What the card shows" you turn the elements of the card on and off — "Time & icons", "Group occupancy", "Client", "Service", "Client statuses", "Employee", "Resource", "Price" and "Notes" — and arrange them with the arrows "Move up" and "Move down". On a short card the top rows stay visible. With "Wrap long text" long text goes on to the next line instead of being shortened, and a sample card above the list shows how appointments will look. "Default" restores the order and the switches of the elements.

Group class

The card of a group class shows the seats taken, for example 6/13, and those waiting, for example +2. Along the bottom edge there is a strip: each color is the share of the places held by clients with a given status, and a marker shows the minimum. "Client statuses" adds the number of clients by status.

Fiscal device

The report and the messages are in the desktop app, where the fiscal devices work.

Fiscal memory report

From the screen of the fiscal device, under "Reports", "Fiscal memory report" prints a report for a month or a year. You choose a period and "Short" (totals for the period) or "Detailed" (each Z report separately). Only finished periods are offered, and the report is read from the memory of the device and does not change the turnover. It works with Daisy and Datecs X and MX series.

Messages from the device and the paper

When the device refuses an operation, you see what happened and what to do — for example "The fiscal device is out of paper or its cover is open. Insert a roll, close the cover and try again." — and the code of the device in brackets. After a print the system also checks the roll and warns when the paper is running out.

A receipt with an unclear status

When the receipt is printed but saving fails — for example there is no internet — you see "The fiscal receipt is printed and will be saved automatically." and the system saves it when the connection returns. When an earlier print did not get an answer from the device, printing asks "Did a fiscal receipt come out on the previous attempt?". You answer "No, print it" or "Yes, it came out" and enter the data from the paper. This way the system does not print a second receipt until you have confirmed that the first one did not come out.

Online booking in Marketplace

  • Wallet: a client with money in the wallet at the business sees, on the review step, under "Payment method" → "Payment on the spot", a "Wallet balance" box with the amount and whether it covers the whole amount.
  • Description of the service: a service with a description has a preview under its row and a "Show details" button that unfolds the whole text in place.
  • Specialists with prices per employee: when the option has prices per employee, the duration and the price are shown next to the name of each specialist.
