A minimum for group classes, wallet and installments for clients, and a new booking in Marketplace
Three new capabilities — for your group classes, for clients with a wallet and installments, and for online bookings.
A group class can run only when it is worth it: you set how many bookings it needs, and Reservation.Studio checks for you — it notifies the team or cancels the class, and the clients are notified. Your clients see their wallet balance and their installment schedule in Marketplace. And booking takes three clear steps, without the client leaving the page they are on.
✨ In brief
- A group class with a minimum: in "Class settings" you turn on "Minimum to run" and choose "Notify me" or "Cancel automatically". The check runs by itself at the moment you choose.
- A clear view of classes below the minimum: the count of seats taken in the calendar takes a warning colour, and "Run it anyway" keeps the class when you decide to run it.
- Clients know what to expect: in Marketplace, the class shows the minimum and how many more bookings are needed.
- Wallet and installments for the client: a new "Wallet and installments" page in their Marketplace profile — the balance and movements at each business, and the schedule of purchases in installments.
- Booking in three steps: "Choose a service", "Choose a time" and "Review and confirm" — in a layer over the current page, with no cart.
- Moving with confidence: when you move an appointment in the calendar, you see the warnings and confirm, as when you save in the form.
A group class that runs with enough bookings
A minimum is for a class that only makes sense with enough people — for example an early-morning group or a trial class. You decide how many bookings it needs and what happens if they do not come. Reservation.Studio watches the class and checks at the moment you chose, so you do not have to count bookings by hand for every class.
In a group class, in "Class settings", turn on "Minimum to run". You set:
- "Min. number of seats" — how many seats must be taken;
- "When to check" — when the check happens, from 30 minutes to 48 hours before the start. If the location has a cancellation deadline, it is at the top and selected by default;
- "If not enough book" — "Notify me" (the class stays and the team decides) or "Cancel automatically" (the class is cancelled and the clients are notified);
- "Warn me" — with automatic cancellation: from 15 minutes to 2 hours before the cancellation. The default is 30 minutes.
Seats are counted as for the maximum: a client with 2 seats counts as 2, and waiting clients, clients who cancelled and no-shows are not counted.
The employees the location sends online booking notifications to, and the owner, receive a notification when the class is below the minimum and when it is cancelled. If some clients had paid when a class is cancelled, the notification lists them so you can refund them — the cancellation does not refund money by itself.
In the calendar, the count on the card — for example 3/10 — takes a warning colour while the class is below the minimum, and holding the pointer over it shows "Clients (3/10) · min. 5". In the open appointment, "Run it anyway" keeps the class.
The client stays in the picture too. In Marketplace, the class shows for example "Runs with min. 5 booked". While the check is still ahead, the class details tell the client when it will be decided and whether the class cancels itself. A cancelled class shows "Cancelled — not enough participants.".

When you move an appointment in the calendar, you see the warnings and confirm the move — as when you save in the form, for example for a busy employee or resource. If you decline, the appointment stays where it was.
Wallet and installments — everything in one place for the client
Your client sees for themselves how much they have in their wallet with you, what the movements on it are, and how far they have got with paying for their purchases in installments. The balance and the due dates are in front of them whenever it suits them.
The profile menu in Marketplace has "Wallet and installments". The page is for viewing and has two tabs:
- "Installments" — one card for each purchase in installments, with its status ("In progress", "Overdue" or "Completed"), the installments paid, the next due date and how much is left to pay. Choose a card to see every installment with its due date and status. The filters "All", "Overdue" and "Completed" narrow the list.
- "Wallets" — one card for each business where the client has wallet movements: the balance and the last movement. Choose a card to see the movements — top-up, payment from the wallet, refund, adjustment.
Balances of different businesses are not added together. The wallet and installments are shown only for businesses where the client is approved.

A new booking in Marketplace
When a client starts a booking from a business page, from search or from the list of group classes, it opens in a layer over the same page. Closing it takes the client back to where they started, and "back" goes one step back. The client does not lose their place in the search or in the list of classes.
- Three steps: "Choose a service", "Choose a time" and "Review and confirm".
- One booking is for one business. There is no cart; another service is added with "Add a service" inside the booking.
- A professional for each service. With two or more services, each has its own choice — "No preference" or a specific professional.
- Times are by day, with how many free times each day has, and are grouped into "Morning", "Afternoon" and "Evening".
- New clients. If the business approves new clients, the client learns this on the first step and can send a request with "Send a client request".
On desktop, a card next to the step shows the business, the choices and the total.
