TV displays: classes, occupancy and your banners on a screen in the venue
Clients should not have to ask at the front desk when the next class starts. Hang a television in the room or by the entrance, connect it with a code and the screen shows the timetable, the free places and how many people are inside — and it keeps itself up to date.

What the board shows
A board is one or more screens that rotate, and each screen carries up to three panels:
- "Group classes" — the timetable from your calendar: for today, the next few days, the week or the month. The time and the name always show, and you can add the instructor, the free places, the length, the price and the accepted cards. One-to-one bookings are never shown on the wall.
- "Occupancy" — how many people are inside right now, with no names. Set a capacity and the panel also shows a fill bar.
- "Who is inside" — the people in the venue right now. Suited to a screen behind the front desk.
- "Banner" — your own images in rotation: promotions, new services, upcoming events.
Occupancy and "Who is inside" are fed by check-ins, and the schedule needs nothing beyond the classes already in your calendar.
If you run several venues, a panel can point at another one — a screen in one venue advertises what is on at the other.
Connected in seconds
On the television you open tv.reservation.studio — it shows a code. In the app you choose "Connect a screen" on the board and type the code. The screen switches to the board on its own, within a few seconds.
It works on any screen with a modern browser: a smart TV, a streaming stick or a tablet on a stand. If the internet drops, the screen keeps the last data and says how old it is; when the connection returns, it catches up by itself.
"Disconnect" returns the screen to a pairing code — for example when you replace the television.
Your look, your language
You start from a template — "Weekly classes", "Today's classes", "Lobby — classes and occupancy", "Adverts" or "Reception — behind the counter" — and then change whatever you like: colours, a solid background, a gradient or your own photo with dimming, the font, the text size, a logo and a clock in the top bar and one free line along the bottom — useful for the guest network or the opening hours.
"Board language" is separate from the language you work in: the screen faces your customers and can speak a different language.
Names stay under control
Client names appear only on the "Who is inside" panel — as "First name and initial" or "Full name" — and employee names have a separate setting in the schedule. That way the lobby screen can name the instructor without naming a single client. A board that shows client names is marked in the list, so you can tell at a glance which screen is for staff only.

"TV displays" is a paid feature, billed per screen. You add it to your plan from the "Features" section — see Plans. Team access is controlled by separate permissions for viewing, creating, editing and deleting displays in roles.
