Facebook Pixel with Conversions API and Google Analytics for online bookings
If you run ads, you can connect your location's Meta Pixel and Google Analytics 4 to online bookings. The Pixel receives Meta's standard events, and with the Conversions API booked appointments reach it from our server too.
✨ In short
- Your location's Meta Pixel receives the standard events — from a page view to a booked appointment.
- The Conversions API sends booked appointments to Meta from our server too.
- Your location's Google Analytics 4 sees visits, the cart, and bookings.
- A new "Sending history" report shows what reached Meta.
- "Notification settings" work on a phone too.
- An email change is completed with a link in the new mailbox.
- Amounts are shown in their own currency only.
Facebook Pixel and Conversions API
You connect the Pixel from "Online bookings" → "Options" on the location → "Integrations", in the "Facebook pixel" section. Each location has its own setting.
The Pixel receives Meta's standard events: PageView when a location page opens, AddToCart when a service is added to the cart, Contact when the call button is pressed, and Schedule and Purchase when an appointment is booked. Meta receives the amount and the currency, without the service names.
With a "Conversions API token", booked appointments reach Meta from our server too, including when the visitor's browser blocks the Pixel. Meta recognizes that the browser and the server send the same booking and counts it once.
Purchase is sent when the appointment is booked, not when it is paid. That is why Meta's report also counts appointments the client later did not attend.

Google Analytics
In the same "Integrations" window, in the "Google Analytics" section, fill in
"Analytics ID" — your Google Analytics 4 ID, which starts with G-. Google Analytics will then
show the visits to the location pages, the services added to the cart, and the bookings. No client
data is sent.

Sending history
Reports → Integrations → Sending history shows every send to Meta for the last 14 days: when, for which booking, and whether it arrived. If Meta rejects a send, the report tells you what to do.
The owner always sees the report. For employees to see it too, tick "View list" under "Reports / Integrations" in their role.
Cookie message
Nothing reaches the Pixel or Google Analytics before the visitor accepts cookies. The cookie message also appears in the web component on your website. If your website has its own banner, you can connect it to the web component with one line of code, and the visitor answers only once. How: JavaScript integration.
Notification settings on a phone
"Notification settings" also open on a phone: "Settings" → "Notification settings" → "Notification Templates". For each notification type, "What is sent now" shows the current message with sample data from your business, and the "Preview" button shows a template before you save it.

Email change confirmed from the new address
Changing your email in the profile — in Business and in Marketplace — takes two confirmations: a code from your current email and a link in the new mailbox. The email changes once you confirm from the link.
The steps are in Profile, Account, and Personal Settings and in Account and Security in Marketplace.
A package as the first service
When a package is the first service in a new appointment and you did not start from a time slot in the calendar, the form first asks for a "Start time". The package services are laid out from the time you pick.
Amounts in their own currency only
Dual display of prices in leva and euro ended on 8 August 2026. In Business and in Marketplace every amount is shown in its own currency only — euro amounts are shown without the leva equivalent.
