Wallet and installments in Marketplace

"Wallet and installments" has everything in one place: how much money you have in your wallet at each business, what the movements on it are, and how far you have got with paying for your purchases in installments. The balance and the due dates are in front of you whenever it suits you. The page is for viewing only: you cannot pay or top up the wallet from here.

Before you start

Sign in to your profile. The wallet and installments belong to a business, and they are shown only for businesses where you are an approved client. If the business has not opened a wallet for you or has not sold you anything in installments, the matching tab is empty.

Where to find it

In the profile menu, choose "Wallet and installments". The menu is always visible when you are signed in. The page has two tabs: "Installments" (opens first) and "Wallets".

You can also see a wallet balance in "My locations": the business card shows "Wallet balance at ..." when you have a balance there.

Installments

"Installments" has one card for each purchase paid in installments. The card shows the business, the purchase and its date, a status, how many installments are paid, for example "2 of 6 paid", the next due date and how much is left to pay.

The status of a purchase is one of:

  • "In progress";
  • "Overdue";
  • "Completed".

The filters "All", "Overdue" and "Completed" keep only the purchases with the chosen status. If you have no purchases in installments, you see "No installment plans yet.". If a filter finds nothing, you see "No purchases match this filter." and "Show all".

The schedule of a purchase

Choose a card to see its schedule. At the top you see the status, the date of the purchase, "Left to pay", "Paid so far" and "Total". Under them, "Installments" lists the installments in order with their due date ("Due ..." and a date), the amount and a status:

  • "Paid";
  • "Overdue";
  • "Not due yet".

When an installment is partly paid, the amount left to pay is shown next to it.

Wallets

"Wallets" has one card for each business where you have wallet movements. The card shows the business name, the balance and "Last movement" with a date. Balances of different businesses are not added together: the money in a wallet counts only at the business that holds it.

Choose a card to see the "Wallet movements" for that business — each with date and time and an amount. An increase has a +, and a decrease has a −. The kind of movement is one of:

  • "Voucher loaded";
  • "Balance adjustment";
  • "Wallet top-up";
  • "Payment from wallet";
  • "Refund to wallet";
  • "Currency change".

If there are no movements, you see "No wallet movements yet.".

Common problems

I do not see my wallet at a business. A wallet is shown only for a business where you are an approved client and where it has movements. If you are a client of the business but the wallet is missing, contact the business.

My purchase in installments is not there. Only purchases the business sold in installments are shown here. A purchase paid in one go is not in the list.
