Commissions by the employees of the appointment, a price per employee, booking over the limit and group classes in Marketplace
The commission follows the employees of the appointment itself, and it can be calculated from each employee's part of the price. When two or more employees perform a service, each can have their own price in the appointment. In a group class, the form warns you when you book over the limit. And in Marketplace, your clients see group classes and their appointments more clearly.
✨ In brief
- Commissions by the employees of the appointment: the commission of an appointment line in a sale is calculated for the employees of the appointment. When you change the employee in a paid appointment, the commission is calculated again for the new employee.
- A price per employee: when a service has two or more employees, each has a price field, and "Total price" shows what it adds up to.
- A setting for the commission with several employees: "Each from the whole price" or "Each from their own part".
- Booking over the limit of a group class: the form shows "Seats booked: 12, limit: 10 — 2 over the limit." and asks for confirmation when you save.
- Group classes in Marketplace: choosing an option in the booking, and on the class card — the price, the seats and the minimum.
- "My appointments": a large card of the nearest appointment at the top, and below it cards with a photo of the business, grouped by day.
Commissions by the employees of the appointment
The commission of an appointment line is calculated for the employees of the appointment itself. In the sale, the line shows the employees with "(from the appointment)", and the "Change in appointment №…" button leads to the appointment where they are changed. When you change the employees of an appointment that is already paid, the commissions of the line are calculated again for the new employees. The sales reports by employee and by item follow the same employees, and so does the employee filter in the discounts report.
A price per employee
In the service panel of the appointment, when two or more employees are selected and "Default price" is turned off, each employee has a field with their name. The price of the service is calculated from these prices by the mode of the service — "Sum of prices", "Lowest price", "Highest price" or "Average price". When you reopen the service after "Apply", "Total price" shows the result.
Commission when several employees perform a service
In the commission settings, you choose the amount from which each employee receives their commission:
- "Each from the whole price" — each gets their commission from the whole price of the service;
- "Each from their own part" — each gets their commission only from their own part. The part is the employee's price divided by the sum of the prices of all employees on the service.
Example: a service for 75 €, the sum of the prices of Ivan (30 €) and Maria (45 €). Ivan's commission is 10% and Maria's is 20%. With "Each from the whole price", Ivan gets 7.50 € and Maria gets 15.00 €. With "Each from their own part", Ivan gets 3.00 € (10% of 30 €) and Maria gets 9.00 € (20% of 45 €). The commission breakdown in the sale shows "Own part".
If you chose to split the commission equally, your setting is "Each from their own part". When the employees have no separate prices, their parts are equal.

Booking over the limit of a group class
When you book more clients in a group class than "Max. number of seats", the form shows a warning — for example "Seats booked: 12, limit: 10 — 2 over the limit." — and asks for confirmation when you save. This way you accept more people on purpose, not by accident. If the class is already over the limit and the save does not increase it, the form does not ask again. Online clients cannot go over the limit.

Group classes in Marketplace
- Options of a class: when a class has options, the booking asks "Choose an option". Each option has a name, a price and seats, and — when it accepts benefit cards — which ones.
- Price on the class card: it shows the lowest paid price that does not need a benefit card. Prices with a benefit card are shown separately — for example "Free with …" or a price and "with …". "Free option" appears when the class has one.
- Seats and minimum: the class card shows for example "up to 12 seats · 3 free" (when the business shows free seats) and how many more bookings it needs to run — "2 more and it runs".
- Choosing a day: one row of filters and a strip of days.
"My appointments" as cards
In "Upcoming", the large card of the nearest appointment is at the top. Below it, the others are cards with a photo of the business, grouped by day. An upcoming group class with a minimum shows how many bookings it needs and when it is decided, and a class cancelled because of its minimum carries the reason: "Cancelled — not enough participants."
