Available views​

  • Issued memberships - opens the main list of issued memberships;
  • Membership instances by Membership;
  • Membership instances by Client.

How to choose the right view​

  • Issued memberships is the best choice when you want to open and work with a concrete issued membership.
  • Membership instances by Membership is a summarized report by plan and shows how many issued memberships exist for each membership type.
  • Membership instances by Client is more useful when you want to see which clients have more than one membership and which memberships were issued to each client.

What is useful to keep in mind​

  • The main list is closer to operational work.
  • The summarized views are better for analysis and often lead you to the client or the concrete issued membership.
  • This section is about already issued memberships, not about configuring the membership plans themselves.

Availability​

  • These reports require the memberships feature to be active.
