Services list
This page is for day-to-day work with the "Services" list. It is where you manage the catalog you already have:
- find specific services;
- open them for editing;
- review their statuses;
- run actions such as sync, delete, or restore.
When to use this page
- When you want to quickly find a specific service.
- When you need to open a service for editing.
- When you want to add a new service.
- When you want to add media, sync prices, or temporarily hide a service.
What is at the top of the screen
At the top of the list you will see:
- "New service" for creating a new service;
- the filters button;
- in desktop view, also a button to "Manage prices".
This means the list is not only for searching. It is also a starting point for the most common catalog maintenance actions.
Filters in the list
In the "Services" list you can filter by:
- "Keywords"
- "Type": "Single service", "Class service", "Package service"
- "Categories"
- "Show": "Active", "Inactive", "All"
- "Online booking": "Active", "Inactive", "All"
- "Locations"
- "Only deleted"
If the results are empty, first click "Clear filters".
What you see in the list
For each service, the list shows:
- name;
- service type;
- assigned employees;
- categories;
- locations when you work with more than one location;
- prices;
- service status;
- online booking status.
This is enough to quickly understand:
- which service you are looking at;
- whether it is active;
- whether it is available online;
- whether it has the right employees, locations, and prices.
Open and edit
- You can open a service directly from its row in the list.
- You can also use "Edit service" from the row menu.
In both cases you open the main service form. That is where you edit fields, prices, statuses, and additional settings.
What you can do from the row menu
From the service menu, you can:
- open the service for editing;
- open service media;
- sync prices and durations to future appointments;
- delete or restore the service.
This menu is for actions on one specific service.
Service media
Use "Open media" when the service should have images for the catalog or for the online profile.
This is most useful when:
- the service is available online;
- you want the catalog to be easier to recognise;
- you work with services where visual presentation matters to the client.
Sync prices to future appointments
Use "Sync prices" when you have changed:
- price;
- duration;
- or both
and want those changes to apply to future appointments for the service.
This is useful when you already have future appointments and do not want to edit them one by one.
Delete, restore, and sync
- Use "Delete service" to temporarily remove a service.
- To restore deleted services, filter by "Only deleted" and use "Restore service".
Deleting from here is suitable when you do not want the service to be visible or used, but you still want the option to bring it back later.
Bulk actions
The list also supports bulk actions for selected services. You can:
- delete or restore several services at once;
- change whether services are active;
- change whether services are active for online booking.
This is most useful when you make changes across a larger part of the catalog.
