Reviews

The "Reviews" screen is for client reviews, review statistics, and replies. Reviews come from completed appointments and affect the public profile of the business.

What you will see

  • a list of reviews;
  • the main rating with the number of reviews;
  • "Response rate", "Reviews with comments", and "Reviews with photos" statistics;
  • a "Haven`t replied" filter for reviews without a reply;
  • actions for viewing, replying, reporting, and review invitations.

How to invite a client for a review

  1. Open the review invitation for the specific client.
  2. You will see a personalized "Review link" for the selected client and appointment.
  3. You can:
    • copy the link;
    • open the link;
    • show a QR code;
    • use "Share via SMS".

How to reply to a review

  1. Open the review.
  2. Choose "Add reply" or "Edit reply".
  3. Fill in "Your reply".
  4. Optionally use "Generate reply" from the "AI assistant" block.
  5. Choose "Reply as".
  6. Decide whether to enable "Show reply on public profile".
  7. Select "Save".

How the AI reply works

  • "AI assistant" creates a short professional reply based on the review.
  • "Generate reply" fills the proposed text into "Your reply".
  • You can still edit that text manually before saving.
  • The AI reply does not publish anything automatically. You still need to choose "Reply as", decide whether the reply should appear publicly, and click "Save".
  • Business reminds you: "Review before saving. Do not include personal data, incentives or requests for a positive rating."

How to report an inappropriate review

  1. Find the review in the list.
  2. Select "Report inappropriate review".
  3. Confirm from "Report review".

After confirmation, Business shows "Review reported.". The Reservation.Studio team will review the report.

How to use the statistics

  • "Response rate" shows what part of reviews have a reply.
  • "Reviews with comments" shows reviews where the client left text.
  • "Reviews with photos" shows reviews with photos.
  • Star rows can be used as a quick filter for a specific rating.

Important

  • The reply has a limit of 1000 characters.
  • You can filter reviews by statistics and by whether they already have a reply.
  • If you turn off public visibility, the reply stays saved in the system but does not appear in the public profile.
  • Reporting a review sends it for review; it does not automatically hide the review from the public profile.
