Reviews in Marketplace

In Marketplace, you can leave a review after a booking when the reservation allows reviewing. Public reviews help other clients compare locations, services, and real experiences.

When to use this​

  • You want to rate the services after a visit.
  • You want to add photos to your review.
  • You want to find public reviews with photos, comments, or replies from the location.

How to submit a review​

  1. Open the reservation from "My appointments".
  2. Select the review action when it is available.
  3. In "Rate the services", rate every service.
  4. Add a written comment in "Feedback".
  5. Optionally use "Upload photos to your review".
  6. Select "Submit Review".

After submitting, Marketplace shows "Review sent".

How review photos work​

From "Upload photos to your review", you can add photos to the review. Marketplace shows a counter for the uploaded photos.

The limits are:

  • you can upload up to 5 photos;
  • each photo must be smaller than 5 MB;
  • only image files can be uploaded.

If you reach the limit, you will see "Maximum photos reached.". You can remove a photo from "Delete photo".

What is checked before submission​

Before submitting a review, you must rate every service in the reservation and fill in "Feedback". The comment is required, must be at least 10 characters, and cannot be longer than 1000 characters. If a rating is missing, Marketplace shows "Please rate every service before submitting your review.".

Photos are also checked before upload. If the file is not an image or is too large, Marketplace shows an error message.

How to filter public reviews​

In the public review list, you can use "Review filters":

  • "All reviews";
  • "With comments";
  • "With photos";
  • "With replies".

From "Review sorting", you can sort the list by:

  • "Newest";
  • "Highest rating";
  • "Lowest rating".

Important​

  • You can submit a review only when the reservation allows that action.
  • If the review has already been submitted, you may see the existing review instead of a new form.
  • The public review list shows only reviews that are available for the public profile.
