Businesses
The Businesses page is used to manage business profiles available in your account.
Access
- Open
Settings. - Go to
Businesses. - Use
New businessto create a new profile.
What you see in the list
- business name;
- whether you are
owneroremployeein that business; - phone;
- email;
- currency;
- active status;
selectedtag for the currently selected business.
Main actions
- Create a business (
New business). - Edit an existing business (
Edit). - Select the active business for current work (
Select business). - Change currency (
Change currency) as business owner.
New business or new location
If you are expanding, first decide whether you need a separate business profile or only a new location inside the current business.
- Create a new business when the data and main settings must stay separate.
- Create a new location when you want to keep shared clients, services, and employees but split the address and daily operations.

What is configured in the form
- Core:
Business Name, business type. - Contacts: email, phone, country, city, address.
- Invoicing: invoice business name, VAT/ID, responsible person, invoice address.
- Additional: preferred system language, time zone, active status.
- Additional premium rule: mandatory cash register selection during payment.
Important for invoicing data
- Invoice fields are required in the business form.
- These are the exact details used when invoices are issued for the business.
- If the invoice must be issued to an individual, the name and responsible person fields should contain the personal names, and the VAT/ID field should contain the personal identifier.
Important for currency
- Currency is not selected in the main create/edit form.
- Currency change is handled through a separate
Change currencymodal. - This flow is available only to the business owner.
- Changing currency recalculates related values such as prices, costs, memberships, payment links, cash register balances, upcoming appointments without sales, fixed discounts, and fixed commissions.
- The change can proceed only if all cash registers are closed with

Important rules
- Create/update includes required fields such as business type, country, language, time zone, and invoicing fields.
- Email is validated as format.
- If phone is set, phone country must also be selected.
Change currencyis owner-only.
