Integrations and API

This section covers business integrations and API access for external systems.

What is actually in the Integrations screen

When to open which page

  • Google calendar when you want to connect your personal Google Calendar and synchronize appointments.
  • API keys and external system access when an external system needs API access to your data and you need to manage keys, permissions, and limits.
  • TV displays when you want a television in the venue to show group classes, occupancy, or your own banners.
  • NHIS (HIS BG) when you are setting up an NHIS connection.

Important distinction

  • In the product, the exact entry is Integrations and it is separate from Settings.
  • In the current hub, "Google calendar", "API keys", and "Displays" are direct screens.
  • In Help Center, API access for external systems is documented inside API keys and external system access, because this is the only real UI entry for that topic.
  • A dedicated webhook setup screen is not available in Business UI.

Access and restrictions

  • Using integrations requires an active subscription.
  • For API access, key status, expiration, and selected permissions also matter.
