How does it work? When you change the price of a service, the system will give you the option to synchronize the new price with all upcoming bookings that include it with a single click. With one button press, all future appointments are updated.
Why is it useful? This functionality saves you hours of manual work and ensures that your pricing is always accurate and up-to-date. It eliminates the risk of unpleasant conversations with clients at the reception desk due to price discrepancies.
💳 Synchronizing Commission Prices in Subscriptions
And what about commissions from visits with active subscriptions? We've taken care of them too!
How does it work? If you change the price of a service that is part of a subscription, you can now synchronize this change with all sold, active subscriptions. With one click, the system updates the visit price on which the employee's commission is calculated.
Why is it useful? This feature ensures that your employees' commissions are always fair and calculated on the current value of the service, even if the subscription was sold at an older price. No more complex calculations and corrections at the end of the month. Everything is automated and consistent.
💰 Bulk Commission Management
Managing commissions at the end of the month can be a tedious task, especially with a large team. That's why we've created a bulk operations tool.
How does it work? You can now select multiple commission records from the list and process them all at once. For example, you can mark dozens of records as "paid" with just a few clicks.
Why is it useful? This allows you to clear dozens of records at once, instead of processing them one by one. Paying out commissions is now faster and more organized than ever.
📊 Improved Client Export
Want to analyze your clients in depth or create personalized marketing campaigns? The new export option gives you full control.
How does it work? In the client reports section, you will find a new export option. With it, you can download a detailed list of your clients in Excel format.
What data does it include? The export includes key data such as:
- First and last name
- Email and phone
- Referral source
- Creation date
