Online appointment reports

The Online appointments group combines two operational lists and one actual analytical report.

Available views​

  • Online clients list - opens the list of pending online clients;
  • Online appointments list - opens the list of pending online appointments;
  • Online visits - the analytical report for visits to the public profile.

What each page does​

  • Online clients list and Online appointments list are not classic reports. They are shortcuts to the operational lists where you process pending requests.
  • Online visits is useful when you want to see public profile traffic and how it relates to actual bookings.
  • In Online visits, you see a chart, summary values for visits and total appointments, and a table by Referrer, UTM Source, and UTM Medium.

When to use this group​

  • when you track online requests from clients;
  • when you compare profile visits against actual online bookings;
  • when you analyze traffic and UTM data from marketing campaigns.

Important​

  • If your main goal is to approve or reject requests, work directly in Pending approvals.
  • If your goal is traffic analysis and campaign performance, use Online visits.
