Notification reports

The currently available view in this group is Notifications list.

What the report shows​

  • client;
  • channel (Type);
  • destination (Destination);
  • amount and quantity (Amount);
  • status (Status);
  • preview of a specific record (Preview).

What you see in the preview​

  • For email, you see the subject, greeting, main content lines, and action button.
  • For push notifications, you see the title and body.
  • For SMS, you see the sent message itself.
  • If link clicks exist, you also see the clicked URLs and the time of the click.

When it is useful​

  • when you verify successful delivery;
  • when you analyze sent volume and cost;
  • when you want a quick view of recent communication.

Important​

  • The page also shows wallet information for the current business.
  • Summary and the other soon notification views are not part of the current functionality.
