Dashboard

The dashboard brings key metrics, upcoming bookings, payments, and important operational signals together in one place.

Where it is located

This is a separate main menu entry named Dashboard, not a page inside the Reports menu. In Help Center we keep it here because it is the closest overall view to the reporting section.

What it shows

  • upcoming bookings as both a count and a list;
  • total payments and payments by method;
  • new clients;
  • upcoming installments;
  • wallet balance and subscription status;
  • support signals;
  • birthdays and used storage.

What the individual blocks do

  • The upcoming appointments blocks are for a quick operational start of the day.
  • Payments total and payments by method give you a quick financial overview without opening the reports section.
  • New clients and upcoming installments are for quick follow-up signals.
  • Wallet and subscription are for the platform profile status.
  • Support, birthdays, and used storage are additional informational widgets.

Dashboard setup

From Dashboard configuration, you can switch the dashboard into configuration mode and arrange the visible blocks to match the way you work.

When to open this page

  • at the start of the day for a quick overview;
  • when you want an operational snapshot without opening separate reports;
  • when you want fast navigation to payments, bookings, wallet, or support.
