Commission reports are used to review calculated and paid amounts for your team.

Available views

The currently available views in this group are:

  • Last commissions
  • Paid commissions
  • Commissions by employees
  • Commissions by date

How to choose the right view

  • Last commissions is the best choice when you review calculated commissions and decide which ones should be included in the next payout.
  • Paid commissions is for already recorded commission payments and shows employee, cashier, payment type, description, amount, method, and date.
  • Commissions by employees summarizes count and amount by recipient and lets you drill down to the detailed list for a specific employee.
  • Commissions by date is the summarized view by period and is useful when you want to follow totals over time.

What is useful to keep in mind

  • These reports track the results of already calculated commissions, not the commission rules themselves.
  • In the last commissions list, you can include or exclude entries from the next payout.
  • The summarized views are better for analysis, while the lists are better for operational work.

  • These reports require the commissions feature to be active and Reports PRO.
