My AI connectors
This page is for the team member who wants to connect their own AI application — Claude or ChatGPT — to Reservation.Studio and ask it about the schedule, the clients and the revenue in plain language. On the same screen you can turn the connector off when you no longer need it.
AI connectors are in beta. What a connector can do and who allows it — see AI connectors.
Before you start
- A business owner must have switched on "Allow AI connectors in this business" and your "Access". If you are the owner, you only need the "Allow AI connectors in this business" switch.
- Until that is done, a connector you add reaches nothing.
- You need access to the AI application you are going to connect.
Where to open it
- On desktop: the user menu at the top right → "My AI connectors".
- In the mobile app: the navigation → "My AI connectors".
The "Connect an AI connector" button opens the connection steps. "How to connect" in AI connectors opens the same steps.
How to connect
- Choose "Connect an AI connector". The window shows the connector's address —
https://mcp.reservation.studio/business— with a button to copy it. - Add the address in the AI application:
- Claude: choose "Connect with Claude". The button copies the address and opens Claude with the address field filled in.
- ChatGPT: open Settings → Apps, switch on developer mode and add the address.
- The AI application sends you to a sign-in page at
auth.reservation.studio. Sign in with the account you use for Reservation.Studio — with email and password or with Google, Facebook or Apple. - On the "Connection request" screen see what the connector will be able to do and, under "Working in", which businesses it will reach.
- Choose "Connect". To back out, choose "Cancel".
There is nothing to pick: the connector reaches every business you work in where the owner has switched on "Access" for you. If there is none, the screen says that no business you work in has given you AI access yet. Ask the owner to switch it on for you under "Integrations" → "AI connectors".
After connecting, the connector appears in "My AI connectors". If you work in more than one business, the AI application may ask you which business you mean.
What you see in "My AI connectors"
For every connector the list shows:
- the name the AI application introduced itself with;
- the businesses it reaches — or "Reaches no business right now.";
- "Last used" — when it was last used, or "Never".
If you have no connectors, you see "You have not added an AI connector yet."
How to turn it off
- Open "My AI connectors".
- On the connector's row choose the red unlink icon button. Its hint is "Turn off everywhere".
- In the "Turn off the connector everywhere" window confirm.
The next time the AI application tries to get data, the connector no longer reaches any business. To connect it again, repeat the steps under "How to connect".
A business owner stops connectors only in their own business — under "Integrations" → "AI connectors", whereas "Turn off everywhere" applies to all the businesses you work in.
