Unsubscribe from marketing emails
Reservation.Studio supports two ways to unsubscribe from marketing emails:
- one-click unsubscribe;
- a link with a separate confirmation page.
How it works
- The client opens a signed link from a marketing email.
- In one-click unsubscribe, the system disables marketing emails immediately.
- In the confirmation flow, a confirmation page is shown first and the unsubscribe happens after confirmation.
- After unsubscribe, the client's marketing notifications setting is disabled.
- The client is no longer included in future unsent marketing audiences.
Where else you can manage it
- From the client profile or the client edit form, you can manually turn the "Accept marketing notifications" field on or off.
- This is useful when the client asks you to change it directly without using the link from the email.
What does not stop
Unsubscribing stops marketing emails. It does not stop operational messages needed for the service.
How this appears in the business profile
The business can receive a notification that a client unsubscribed from marketing notifications.
