Client profile

The Client profile is the main place for working with one specific client. From here you can review their history, edit their data, and jump to related appointments, sales, installments, memberships, forms, and notifications.

How to open it

  1. Open "Clients".
  2. Select a specific client.
  3. Open "View client".

What you see at the top

At the top of the profile you may see important states:

  • that the client is deleted;
  • that they are blocked for online bookings;
  • that they are marked as a trusted client;
  • that they have an online account.

This area also shows the main contact details and a short statistics summary.

Useful to know

  • The statistics in the profile often work as shortcuts to the related tabs.
  • Memberships and Forms may be visible, but their content and actions depend on the related subscription features.
  • If the client has an online profile, part of the information may come from their online account.
  • In the Forms tab, "Add form" is used to manually issue a form to this client.
  • In the Memberships tab, "Sell membership" opens a sale for this client, and the new issued membership then appears in the same tab.

When this page is most useful

  • you are working through the history of one specific client;
  • you need to quickly create an appointment or sale;
  • you want to check installments, memberships, forms, or notifications;
  • you need to block the client from online bookings.
