Client groups
Client groups help you organize the client database by your own criteria, for example VIP clients, company clients, new clients, or internal segments.
Where to open them
Open "Clients" -> menu -> "Manage groups".
What is in the screen
The screen shows the list of all client groups. From it you can:
- add a new group;
- open an existing group for editing;
- delete a group from the edit form.
How to create a new group
- Open "Manage groups".
- Click the button for a new group.
- Fill in:
- "Group name"
- "Active group"
- Save with "Create".
How to edit a group
- Open the group from the list.
- Change the name or active status.
- Save with "Save".
If the group is no longer needed, you can delete it from the same form.
When it is useful
Use client groups when:
- you want to filter clients more easily;
- you separate clients by type or behavior;
- you want better organization in client profiles and lists.
Important rules
- The group name is required.
- The group can be active or inactive.
- Groups do not create bookings or sales on their own; they are an organization tool.
