Import clients
There are two different ways to add multiple clients at once:
- through a table in desktop;
- through phone contacts in the mobile app.
Both options start from the Clients section, but they work differently.
Option 1: Import from a table in desktop
Before you start
- The entry point is "Clients" -> menu -> "Import clients".
- This page is available in desktop view.
- Data is entered or pasted directly into the table.
Supported columns
The table supports these columns:

How the import works
- Open "Import clients".
- Fill in the table or paste prepared data.
- Click "Import data now".
- Confirm the import.
What is validated before save
First Nameis required. A row without a first name is not imported.Emailis validated as an email.Birthdatemust be inYYYY-MM-DDformat.Genderacceptsmaleorfemale.- Empty cells are removed from the request automatically.
- If there are no valid rows left after validation, the import does not start.
What happens with the phone number
If a phone number is provided, the system tries to parse it using the business country and save it in the correct phone format.
Result
- Valid rows are saved as new clients.
- If a row includes a
Note, it is saved as a client note. - After a successful import, the system returns you to the clients list.
Common issues
The import does not start
The most common reason is that there is no row with a filled First Name.
There is a birthdate error
Use the YYYY-MM-DD format, for example 2026-03-13.
Some data is missing after the import
Empty values are not sent. If a field is empty in the table, it will not be saved.
Option 2: Import phone contacts in the mobile app
This option is separate from the table import and is available only in the mobile app.
Where to open it
- Open Clients.
- Open the menu.
- Select Import phone contacts.
In desktop, this button is disabled and marked as mobile-app only.
Which data is read from the phone
The system reads only the fields needed for a client profile:
- first name;
- last name;
- phone number;
- email;
- birthdate.
How the import screen works
After the contacts are read, you see a list where you can:
- search by first name, last name, or phone number;
- select only part of the contacts;
- use Select all;
- clear the selection with Unselect all;
- set or correct the country code for each contact phone number.
What is validated before import
- A contact without a first name cannot be selected for import.
- If the phone number starts with
+, the system tries to detect the country from the phone code. - If the phone number starts with
0, the system uses the business country. - If the phone number is stored without a clear international code, the system again uses the business country as the default.
Result
- The selected contacts are saved as new clients.
- If you corrected the phone country before import, it is saved with the client.
- After a successful import, the screen closes and you return to the clients list.
Common issues
The contact cannot be selected
The most common reason is that the phone contact does not have a first name.
The contacts do not load
This means the app could not read the phone contacts from the device.
The phone number looks incorrect
Before importing, check the selected country next to the number and correct it if needed.
