Pending approvals
This section collects requests from "Online booking" that still need action from your team. From here you process appointments and clients coming from the online channel.
Who this page is for
- Front-desk operators handling incoming requests.
- Managers monitoring and controlling online request statuses.
How the section is organized
- "Waiting appointments" Shows online appointments that are still waiting to be confirmed or canceled.
- "Waiting clients" This is the separate approval screen for client profiles coming from online booking.
How to process pending appointments
- Open "Pending approvals" from the main menu.
- Open the "Waiting appointments" list.
- If needed, filter by:
- appointment status;
- employee;
- booking source.
- Review the appointment card:
- client;
- date and time;
- service and price option;
- location;
- notes, if any;
- booking source.
- Use the correct action:
- "Confirm" if the appointment can be accepted;
- "Cancel" if it should not take place;
- the edit button if setup still needs to be completed;
- the show-in-calendar action if you want to see the appointment in the schedule.
What matters for appointments

If you do not have general "Reception" access, the list may be limited only to appointments connected to you as an employee.
How to process pending clients
- Open the "Waiting clients" list.
- If needed, filter by "Approval Status".
- Review:
- client name;
- phone and email, if provided;
- location;
- request creation date.
- Use the correct action:
- "Approve" to allow the client profile for that location;
- "Disapprove" if the request should not be approved.
What matters for clients

After the status change, the list reloads and the updated state appears immediately.
Result
- The request is removed from the waiting list based on the selected action.
- Status is updated and visible to the team in the new state.
Important
- For appointments, processing is done through status changes of the online appointment.
- If a service is missing an employee or resource, edit the appointment first and complete the assignment.
- Visibility and actions depend on the current user permissions.
- For clients, "Approve" and "Disapprove" open a confirmation step before saving the change.
