Reception is here: a new operational day view

This release focuses on "Reception": a new operational view designed to speed up front-desk management and payment handling for appointments, sales, and installments. The result is less screen switching, faster response during rush hours, and better control over due payments.

🧾 In short

  • New "Reception" item in desktop and mobile navigation.
  • One operational day screen with 3 lanes: "Appointments", "Sales", "Payment installments".
  • Smart filters by date, location, status, and due amount.
  • New "Refresh" button to reload data without leaving the screen.
  • Direct appointment status update from the "Reception" card.
  • Clearer appointment time-state indicators: "Now", "Upcoming", "Expired".
  • Automatic appointment refresh in Reception after calendar/online booking changes.
  • Clearer location visibility on appointment cards when working across multiple locations.
  • New download button in the Commissions report.
  • More reliable drag/drop and resize behavior in "Calendar".
  • Improved paid date editing with a dedicated "Save paid date" action.
  • Refreshed Tax settings page with clearer defaults and an easier pricing-mode flow.

🛎️ Reception: a smoother daily operations workspace

In "Reception", your team gets all key daily operations in one place:

  • "Appointments" with search by client, status, and due balance.
  • "Sales" focused on unpaid and partially paid records.
  • "Payment installments" with quick access to overdue and upcoming items.

A dedicated "Refresh" action is also available when you need immediate updates across all lanes.

How this helps in real shifts:

  • Teams can immediately see which clients need action now and which payments are urgent.
  • Delays are easier to handle because appointments, sales, and installments are visible together.
  • The risk of missing a due balance or overdue installment is lower during peak traffic.
  • Different roles can tune filters to their own workflow without breaking team consistency.
  • Teams can update appointment status directly from the card when fast action is needed.
  • Cards provide immediate context with time state and clearer client/location presentation.

Result: a cleaner workday, less context switching, and smoother customer service.

💳 Payments: clearer paid-date control

Payment and expense forms now include a dedicated "Save paid date" action.

This allows teams to:

  • update only the paid date/time;
  • keep better operational traceability of payment timing;
  • avoid accidental edits in other fields;
  • keep a cleaner financial trail for internal review.

🧮 Taxes: clearer default tax setup

The taxes area now has clearer structure and wording:

  • "Business default tax settings" with separate defaults for products and services;
  • options to apply selected defaults to existing products/services;
  • clearer explanation of pricing mode: "Prices are entered with tax included" or "Prices are entered without tax".

📊 Reports and calendar: faster daily operations

  • In "Reports → Commissions", there is a new download action for the listing report.
  • In "Calendar", drag/drop and resize behavior is more stable to reduce friction during live schedule changes.

✅ What to do now

  1. Open "Reception" and tune filters to your daily workflow.
  2. Use "Refresh" during peak hours for immediate list updates.
  3. Review "Taxes" and confirm your product/service default setup.
  4. When correcting payment timing, use "Save paid date".
