Campaigns
Marketing campaigns are managed from the "Marketing campaigns" screen. The working flow is: template and channel -> date and time -> audience -> preview -> save -> send and statistics.
What you can configure
- Campaign name
- sending channel;
- message template;
- Start date and Start time;
- Active Status;
- campaign audience.
Supported channels and fields
- Email:
Subject,Greeting,Message - SMS:
Message,Transliterate - FCM / Push:
Title,Message
For all three, you can add client variables such as :client_first_name and :client_last_name.
How to create a campaign
- Open "Marketing campaigns".
- Choose "New marketing campaign".
- Enter the campaign name.
- Select a channel and fill in the required template fields.
- Set Start date and Start time.
- Turn Active Status on or off.
- Open "Set Audience" and define the recipient rules.
- Check the estimation box for expected recipients, price, and parts.
- Use "Preview" before creating or saving the campaign.
What the preview shows
The preview shows:
- the campaign name;
- the template for the selected channel;
- whether SMS transliteration is enabled;
- the scheduled date and time;
- whether the campaign is active;
- the estimated recipients, price, and parts.
Actions from the list
- Edit
- View audience
- Send test
- Statistics after the campaign has been sent
- Delete
Important about price and sending
- Each message is charged according to the selected channel.
- The amount is deducted from the business wallet.
- If the balance is lower than the estimated price, the campaign can be sent partially.
Review status
Campaigns go through review statuses:
- In queue (
waiting) -> the campaign has not yet moved to the next stage; - Waiting for review (
in_review) -> the campaign is prepared for review; - Published (
published) -> approved and ready to be sent; - Rejected (
rejected) -> returned with a note; - Sent (
sent) -> already sent.
When the status is rejected, the list also shows a note with the reason. Until the campaign is sent, you can go back and adjust its content, audience, or schedule.
After sending
After sending, you can open "Statistics" and review:
- total recipients;
- delivered;
- opened;
- failed;
- clicks;
- price;
- quantity;
- period.
