Audiences

The audience determines which clients will be included in a marketing campaign.

How the rules work

  • Inside one group, rules use AND.
  • Between groups, the logic is OR.
  • Below the form, you see an estimation box for expected recipients and price.

Fields you can use

  • Active client
  • Favorite client
  • Language
  • Client group
  • Country
  • Referral source
  • Gender
  • City
  • Sale in period
  • Visit after date
  • Visited service

The available values depend on the data in your business. For example, Client group, Referral source, and Visited service only show existing records.

How to work with the audience

  1. Open the campaign.
  2. Click "Set Audience".
  3. Select a field, operator, and value.
  4. Add another rule with AND if you want a narrower group.
  5. Add a new group if you want an alternative set of conditions with OR.
  6. Review Your matched conditions and the estimation box.
  7. Save the changes.

Important

  • For email campaigns, the system deduplicates recipients by email.
  • For SMS campaigns, the system deduplicates by phone number and phone country.
  • Campaigns are sent only to clients who accept marketing notifications.
  • If you use Referral source, it comes from Referral sources.
