Translations

Translations manager is a modal used to translate client-facing text in your business profile.

What is important to know

  • These translations are for client-facing text that appears in the public profile and online flows.
  • You work by section: Services, Categories, Locations, and Employees.
  • Some translations may appear as automatically generated with AI.
  • This modal does not translate the whole system and does not change the admin interface.

Access

  1. Open Settings.
  2. Select Translations.
  3. The Translations manager modal opens (there is no dedicated standalone page).

How to use it

  1. Select language via Select language.
  2. Choose a section: Services, Categories, Locations, or Employees.
  3. Optionally filter with Search.
  4. Enter translation text and leave the field to save.

How the modal is organized

  • On the left, you see the translation sections.
  • At the top of the content area, you select the language and optionally search by keyword.
  • Records are grouped. Each group represents one service, category, location, or employee.
  • In the group header, there is a view button that opens the related record for review and editing.
  • For each row, you see the original text and a separate translation field.

What can be translated

  • Services: Service name, Service description, and pricing option names.
  • Categories: Category name, Category description.
  • Locations: Name, Description, Address, Address details.
  • Employees: First name, Last name, Employee title.

How saving works

  • If no language is selected, translations are not loaded.
  • When you change the language or section, the list reloads.
  • A field is saved when you leave it.
  • Search filters records inside the current section.

How AI translations work

  • When the system already has an automatically generated translation, the field appears as an AI translation and is locked for direct editing.
  • You will see an AI indicator and an Edit button next to it.
  • After you use Edit, the field becomes a normal manual translation field and you can adjust the text yourself.
  • If you clear an existing translation, the system may generate a new AI translation later.
  • Treat the AI translation as a starting draft and review it before you keep it as final client-facing text.

Important

  • If no language is selected, translations are not loaded.
  • This is not a general translator for the whole system. It only translates the supported client-facing text from the available sections.
