What’s next
After you set up the business, locations, employees, working hours, and services, you can move into real day-to-day work in the system. This page is the transition from initial setup to working with clients and bookings.
What should already be ready
- Your main business and invoice details are filled in.
- You have at least one active location.
- You have at least one active service with price and duration.
- You have an employee who can accept bookings.
- You have working hours that availability can be calculated from.
The first actions after setup
- Create your first client in Clients.
- Create your first booking in Appointments.
- If you will accept requests online, review Online booking.
- Check Notifications to make sure the channels and templates are correct.
- If you will record payments and invoices, review Finance.
When onboarding is successfully completed
In practice, onboarding is complete when:
- you can create a client without missing setup;
- you can create a booking at the correct time;
- services appear where you expect them to;
- when needed, online booking shows the correct available slots.
