Start here

This section is for the initial setup after signup. Your business profile already exists. Use it to organize the core data, team, availability, and services so you can start real work with clients and bookings.

When to use this section

  • When you have just created your account and the main settings are still missing.
  • When you want to go through onboarding in the right order without missing an important step.
  • When you are preparing a new business or a new location before going live.
  1. Business Review the core business data, time zone, and invoice details.

  2. Locations Create at least one location where services will be delivered.

  3. Employees Add your team and decide who can work in the system.

  4. Working hours Set when the business and employees are available.

  5. Resources Add rooms, equipment, and other limited resources only if your services require them.

  6. Services Create a category and then your first service with price, duration, and links to team members/locations.

  7. What’s next Move from setup into the first client, first booking, and real day-to-day work.

When you are ready to start working

  • the main business data is filled in;
  • you have at least one active location;
  • you have at least one employee with working hours;
  • you have ready-to-use services with prices and duration;
  • you know whether online booking will be enabled from the start.
