Profile and account
This page is for the personal settings of the current user. From here you manage your profile details, password and email, personal notifications, and account access.
Where to open it
The most common entry points are:
- in desktop from the top-right user menu through "Edit profile";
- in desktop from the same menu through "Notification settings";
- in mobile from the navigation through "Edit profile";
- in mobile from the navigation through "Notification settings".
What you can edit in "Edit profile"
In the main profile form you can change:
- avatar;
- "First Name" and "Last Name";
- phone number;
- country;
- time zone;
- "Week starting on".
After "Save", the profile reloads with the updated details.
Password and email
In the "Login credentials" section you have 3 main actions:
- "Change my password";
- "Change my email address";
- "Deactivation and deletion".
Change password
In "Change my password" you fill in:
- "Current account password";
- "New password";
- "Retype new password".
After a successful save, the system confirms the change.
Change email address
In "Change my email address" you fill in:
- "Current account password";
- "New email address".
After "Send verification code":
- the system sends a "Verification code" to the current email address;
- you enter the 4-digit code;
- if needed, you can use "RESEND CODE" after the timer expires;
- you finish with "Verify email".
Personal notification settings
"Notification settings" here are for the current user, not for the business-wide templates and channels.
On this page:
- settings are grouped by notification type;
- you turn individual channels on or off with checkboxes;
- changes save automatically;
- while saving, you see a short saving indicator;
- if saving fails, the system restores the previous value.
For business-wide templates, channels, and pricing, use Notifications.
Deactivation and deletion
In "Deactivation and deletion" you choose one of 2 options:
- "Deactivate account";
- "Delete account".
The practical difference is:
- deactivation is temporary and the account is archived;
- deletion is permanent.
After "Continue", the system asks for "Password confirmation" with the current password before completing the action.
Logout
From the user menu, you can use "Logout" and choose:
- "From device";
- "All devices".
This is a separate action and does not replace deactivation or deletion of the profile.
