What is the Wallet used for?

The Wallet is used mainly as balance for notifications and campaigns, and for other charges that go through the wallet.

Why is the "Make deposit" button disabled?

When invoice details are missing, deposit is blocked. Fill "Invoice details" first.

Where can I download invoices?

Use "Wallet → Invoices". You can also download from "Wallet → Deposit history" when an invoice is already issued.

When does auto top-up trigger?

When balance reaches the configured "Minimum balance", the system adds the configured "Top up amount".

How do I stop auto top-up?

In auto top-up settings, leave both "Minimum balance" and "Top up amount" empty and save.

How do I stop an active subscription?

Open "Subscription", select the active plan, and click "Cancel".

Are these the same methods as "Payment methods" in Finance?

No. Here it means the saved cards used for charges to the platform. "Payment methods" in Finance are for payments inside sales.
