Auto top up

Auto top up monitors the balance in Wallet and automatically tries to add funds when needed. It is useful when you do not want notification sending to stop because the wallet balance is too low.

When to use it​

Use this setting if:

  • you regularly send SMS, emails, or other notifications;
  • you do not want to monitor the wallet balance manually;
  • you want the system to add funds automatically when the balance becomes low.

What you configure​

The Auto top up modal has two fields:

  • Minimum balance - the threshold that triggers the top up;
  • Top up amount - the amount the system will try to add.

Both values are in euro (EUR).

Steps: Configure it​

  1. Go to Wallet.
  2. Select Auto top up.
  3. Enter a value in Minimum balance.
  4. Enter a value in Top up amount.
  5. Save with Save.

After saving, the Auto top up button on the wallet page shows the status Active or Inactive.

How it works​

  • When the balance becomes less than or equal to the minimum balance, the system tries to top up the wallet automatically.
  • Auto top up uses an available saved payment method for platform billing.
  • If there is no saved payment method, auto top up cannot be completed.

How to stop it​

If you want to disable auto top up, leave both fields empty and save.
