Notifications and client messages
This page covers who from the team receives alerts for new online requests and what information the client sees in the location profile. The settings here are location-specific and affect the online flow only; they do not replace the general templates and channels in Notifications.
1) Notification for a new client
In "Who receives notification for new client?" you choose the specific employees who should receive an alert when a new client appears through the online profile.
This is useful if you approve new clients or want specific team members to monitor new registrations.
2) Notification for a new appointment
In "Who receives notification for new appointment?" you define how the alert is distributed for new requests. Depending on the choice:
- it may not be sent to anyone;
- it may be sent to selected employees;
- it may be sent to the service provider.
If you choose the option for specific employees, an additional employee selector appears.
3) Persistent information block in the profile
The "Information to Client" section adds a visible information block in the public profile. There you configure:
- the style of the message;
- the content of the message.
This is the right place for constant information that should stay visible before the client starts booking. For example visit rules, important conditions, or reminders about what the client should bring.
4) Message before request confirmation
The "Message that will be shown to the client before confirming the appointment" field appears at the end of the flow, right before the client submits the request.
Use it when you want the client to see important information exactly before the final confirmation, not permanently in the profile.
AI help for client-facing messages
AI help is available for both text fields:
- the permanent "Information to Client" block;
- the message before confirmation.
From the AI Content Assistant button you can prepare a draft text. In the modal you set:
InstructionsTonePurposeLanguageAdd emoji
After "Generate", review the proposed text and use "Use text" to insert it into the field. It is still a good idea to remove wording that sounds too generic or too promotional if the message is meant to give clear operational instructions.
How to choose the right place for the message
- Use "Information to Client" when the text should stay visible permanently in the profile.
- Use the message before confirmation when you want the client to acknowledge an important condition right before submitting the request.
Result
After the setup:
- the right team members receive notifications;
- the client sees important instructions in the correct place in the online profile and before confirmation;
- the online flow becomes clearer and easier to control.
