Suppliers

The Suppliers page contains the companies and contacts you use to restock products.

What you see in the list​

  • Name - supplier name.
  • Country - country.
  • City - city.
  • Active - active state indicator.

Creating and editing​

In New supplier or Edit supplier, you configure:

  • the Supplier name;
  • Country, City, and Address;
  • contact person details;
  • Phone, Email, and Website;
  • preferred Language;
  • whether the supplier is active.

Actions from the list​

  • New supplier - creates a new supplier.
  • Edit supplier - edits the record.
  • Delete supplier / Restore supplier - deletes or restores the record.

Where suppliers are used​

  • in Products as suppliers for a specific item;
  • during product import;
  • in Orders and transfers, where you can select a supplier for each delivery row.

Limitations​

  • The name is required.
  • If a phone number is set, a phone country is also required.
  • If an email is set, the system validates the email format.
