Appointments
This is the main working section after the initial setup. From here you plan the schedule, create and edit bookings, process online booking requests, and manage day-to-day operations.
Before you start
- You have at least one active location.
- You have at least one active service with price and duration.
- You have employees who can accept bookings.
- You have working hours configured if bookings should follow availability.
Where to start
If you are just starting to work in the system, open Calendar first. It is the default entry point and the main place for creating, moving, and reviewing bookings.
When to use each section
- Calendar Use it for daily planning, new bookings, rescheduling, and schedule work.
- Create and save an appointment Use it for the main new-appointment flow: where it starts, what you fill in, and what the system checks before "Create" or "Save".
- Appointment actions Use it when you already have an existing appointment and need to reschedule it, duplicate it, open documents, send SMS, or review the activity log.
- Reception Use it when you work at the front desk and need to process bookings, sales, and installments quickly.
- Barcode/QR Scanner Use it when you want to quickly open an appointment, client, or issued membership from a code and continue from the correct record.
- Appointment statuses Use it when you want to make the right status choice and decide whether changing a status is better than deleting the appointment.
- Seats and waiting clients Use it for group bookings and classes when you need to manage capacity, more than one seat per client, and waiting clients.
- Pending approvals Use it when you accept requests from Online booking and need to decide which bookings and clients to approve or reject.
- Recurring bookings Use them for regular services, classes, and templates that generate future bookings automatically.
The most common workflow
- You create or find a client.
- You open "Calendar" and create the booking.
- If you work with online requests, you review "Pending approvals".
- If you work at reception, you monitor current bookings and payments in "Reception".
- If you work with on-site code scanning, you use "Barcode/QR Scanner" to quickly open the right client, appointment, or membership.
