Integrations and API
This section covers business integrations and API access for external systems.
What is actually in the Integrations screen
- card for Google calendar;
- card for API keys;
- a warning when the business does not have an active subscription.
When to open which page
- Google calendar when you want to connect your personal Google Calendar and synchronize appointments.
- API keys and external system access when an external system needs API access to your data and you need to manage keys, permissions, and limits.
- NHIS (HIS BG) when you are setting up an NHIS connection.
Important distinction
- In the product, the exact entry is
Integrationsand it is separate fromSettings. - In the current hub, only
Google calendarandAPI keysare direct screens. - In Help Center, API access for external systems is documented inside API keys and external system access, because this is the only real UI entry for that topic.
- A dedicated webhook setup screen is not available in Business UI.
Access and restrictions
- Using integrations requires an active subscription.
- For API access, key status, expiration, and selected permissions also matter.
