Administration

This section contains administrative settings that apply to the whole business profile.

What it includes

  • Businesses to manage the business profile, contact and invoicing data, active business selection, and currency change.
  • Integrations and API for external services, API keys, and API access for external systems.
  • Translations to manage client-facing text via the Translations manager modal, including AI-generated translations.

When to use this section

  • when adding or editing a business profile;
  • when connecting your business to external services;
  • when maintaining content in more than one language.

Important distinction

  • This section is for system and configuration settings.
  • In the product, these topics are not necessarily in the same menu:
    • Businesses and Translations are under Settings;
    • Integrations is a separate entry in the premium menu.
  • In Help Center, we keep them together because all three are administrative rather than day-to-day operational topics.
  • Operational topics (notifications, marketing, finance, bookings) are documented in their dedicated sections.
