This page is a short guide to choosing the access method that is most practical for your work.
Open Business in the browser
If you work on a computer and want the most universal option, open:
The browser is usually the best choice when:
- you work for longer periods on a larger screen;
- you need lists, reports, and larger operational screens;
- you rely on zoom, a screen magnifier, or other system accessibility tools.
Use the desktop application
The easiest way to find the current installation links is through Help center -> Downloads inside the app.
The desktop application is more suitable when:
- you work mainly from one computer;
- you use local devices or specialized peripherals;
- you handle heavier administrative or operational workflows during the day.
Use the mobile application
The mobile application is convenient when you are away from your computer and need quick access to the core workflows.
The app is available from:
Mobile is a good choice when:
- you want to quickly check the schedule, a client, or a booking;
- you need to follow notifications while moving;
- you need to scan a QR code with the phone camera;
- you want to complete a short action without opening a computer.
If a workflow feels difficult
- If a screen is difficult to use on mobile, open it in the browser or desktop application.
- If you need more screen space or more comfortable work with tables and lists, switch to the browser.
- If you rely on zoom, a screen magnifier, or other system accessibility tools, the browser version is often the most practical option.
