Forms in Marketplace
In Marketplace, you can see forms that a location has sent to your account or to a specific reservation. Forms help you provide the information needed before a visit or complete an action required by the location.
When to use this
- You have a form to complete for a reservation.
- You want to see which forms still need action.
- You want to check which forms have already been completed.
Where forms are located
You can open forms from two places:
- "My forms" - the main list of forms from locations connected to your account;
- "Reservation details" - for forms linked to a specific reservation, under "Forms and preparation".
How to find a form
- Sign in to your Marketplace account.
- Open "My forms" or "Reservation details".
- Choose a status:
- "To complete";
- "Completed";
- "All".
- Find the card for the form you need.
The status filters are available in "My forms". By default, Marketplace shows forms "To complete" so you see the ones that need action first.
What you see on the form card
The card shows the location name, the form name, and the status:
- "Needs completion" - the form has not been completed yet;
- "Completed" - the form has already been completed.
If there is a deadline, Marketplace shows "Due by" with the date and time. Complete the form before that deadline when one is shown.
How to complete a form
- Open "My forms" or the reservation linked to the form.
- Find a form with "Needs completion" status.
- Select "Complete form".
- Complete the form on the page that opens.
After the completion is recorded, the form status is shown as "Completed".
Important
- You see only forms connected to your Marketplace account.
- Forms linked to a specific reservation can be completed directly from "Reservation details".
- Completed forms remain visible from "Completed" or "All".
- If there are no results under "To complete", you may see "You have no forms to complete".
- If there are no forms for your account, Marketplace shows "No forms yet".
