Corporate cards and seat limits per price option

Your most requested corporate upgrades are live. Now you can mark which corporate cards you accept (MultiSport, Coolfit, Sodexo and more) and decide whether the seats for a group class stay in one shared pool or are split per option such as "single visit", "corporate card" or "membership". Everything stays in sync between the business app and the Reservation.Studio marketplace, so clients see exactly what you promise.

🧾 Highlights

  • Corporate cards are part of the full booking journey — from configuring the service to the client confirmation.
  • Seats can stay in one shared pool or be allocated to individual options, depending on how you sell the class.
  • Clients see the accepted cards and the remaining seats for every option before they commit.
  • The marketplace listing is clearer, translations are refreshed and navigation is more intuitive for end customers.

🎟️ Corporate cards from start to finish

Inside the business app

  • Each service option has a "Corporate cards" section. Pick the partners you trust and update the list whenever you onboard a new program.
  • When your staff books a client, they see the same list and can only select a card that the option accepts. This prevents mistakes and speeds up front-desk work.

In the client catalogue

  • Every group service displays badges for the accepted cards. Visitors can filter by card and jump straight to the classes they can actually attend.
  • During booking, the system asks for the card only when it is required. If a card covers a single seat, the reservation stays for one person automatically, so coupons cannot be shared.

Why it matters

  • Full transparency: you know which clients use corporate cards and which partners bring the most visits.
  • Targeted campaigns: send links pre-filtered by card and let people browse only relevant sessions.
  • Corporate confidence: partners see that their employees receive priority access without additional phone calls.

🪑 Seat management per option

  • Prefer the current setup? Keep one shared seat count for the whole service and nothing changes.
  • Need more control? Allocate seats per option — for instance 5 seats for corporate cards, 7 for standard visits and 3 for memberships.
  • The total capacity adjusts automatically and you always see how a change in one option affects the entire class.
  • Clients see the seat balance while browsing. When an option is sold out it simply cannot be selected, so there are no awkward "sorry, we're full" calls.
  • Your team gets a clear picture when creating or editing a class: free seats per option and the perfect moment to open another session.

💼 Business impact

  • Support corporate partners without extra admin work.
  • Give clarity before the booking button is pressed — clients know whether their card is accepted and whether the preferred option still has seats.
  • Reduce mistakes and refunds — cards cannot be shared and no one can reserve more seats than allowed.
  • Run focused communication: target a partner or card segment and monitor the results in real time.

✅ Getting started

  1. Open the business app and mark the accepted corporate cards for each group service.
  2. Decide whether seats stay in one pool or need separate quotas per option. Adjust the numbers to match your policy.
  3. Check your marketplace profile and share direct links with corporate partners so they can circulate them internally.
  4. Launch a targeted campaign to their employees — they will instantly find classes that accept their cards.
