In-app notifications

The "Notifications" page shows in-app notifications and news related to your profile.

What you will see​

  • tabs by notification group with unread counters;
  • an "All" tab for the full notification overview;
  • a "News" tab for product news in the app;
  • a date-grouped list of notifications.

The notification groups are loaded dynamically based on the incoming notifications available for your profile.

What you can do​

  1. Open "Notifications" from the app navigation.
  2. Select the tab you want to review.
  3. Open a notification to see its details.
  4. Use "Mark all as read" when you want to clear unread notifications and news.
  5. Use the settings button when you want to open personal notification settings for your user account.

How counters work​

  • The app loads unread counts by notification group.
  • The "News" tab has its own unread counter.
  • After "Mark all as read", the system marks both notifications and news as read and then refreshes the counters.

Important distinction​

  • The settings button here opens personal notification settings for the current user.
  • Global business channels and templates are managed separately in Channels and Templates.
