Help center channels

This page describes the channels shown in the Help center screen in the Business app.

Where you work

  • Open Help center in the app.
  • In the Support section you will see channel cards.

Channels available in the UI

  • Tickets -> opens the tickets screen.
  • Chat Support -> Start Chat button.
  • Phone support -> Call for Support button.
  • Documentation -> Explore Documentation button.
  • Facebook community group -> Join Facebook group button.
  • Viber community group -> Join Viber group button.

When each channel is most suitable

  • Use Tickets when you need a trackable thread with status and history.
  • Use Chat Support and Phone support when you need quick direct contact.
  • Use Documentation for self-service instructions.
  • Use community groups for discussions and peer guidance.

Additional resources in Help center

Besides support channels, the Help center screen may also show a Downloads section.

There you may see:

  • links to the desktop application;
  • links to the mobile apps in the App Store, Google Play, and AppGallery.

Which cards appear depends on the device and on whether you are already using the desktop or mobile application.

  • The community buttons open the official Reservation.Studio Facebook and Viber groups.
