AI Assistant is available in Help center and is a quick way to get guidance when you have a question about working with Reservation.Studio.

This page is for business users in the Business app who want quick help with features, settings, workflows, and common troubleshooting scenarios.

When to use the AI Assistant

The AI Assistant is most useful when you need quick guidance about:

  • features in Reservation.Studio;
  • workflows and step order;
  • settings and where to find them;
  • troubleshooting for common issues.

It is a good first step when you are not sure where to start or which setting you need.

Before you start

  • Open Help center in the app.
  • Find the AI Assistant section.
  • Use the Ask AI Assistant button to begin.

Steps

  1. Open Help center.
  2. In the AI Assistant section, select Ask AI Assistant.
  3. Type your question in free text.

What you get

  • You get quick first-line guidance directly inside Help center.
  • You can continue the conversation with follow-up questions.

When to choose another channel

  • Use Tickets when you need a trackable case with status and history.
  • Use Phone support when you need quick direct contact.
  • Use Documentation when you want to read a full step-by-step procedure.

Questions tied to a specific account or a specific problem are usually better handled through Tickets or Phone support.

  • The AI Assistant is not a chat with a live support agent.
  • It can make mistakes, so verify important details before you act.
