The AI Assistant is most useful when you need quick guidance about:

It is a good first step when you are not sure where to start or which setting you need.
Before you start
- Open
Help centerin the app. - Find the
AI Assistantsection. - Use the
Ask AI Assistantbutton to begin.
Steps
- Open
Help center. - In the
AI Assistantsection, selectAsk AI Assistant. - Type your question in free text.
What you get
- You get quick first-line guidance directly inside
Help center. - You can continue the conversation with follow-up questions.
When to choose another channel

Phone supportwhen you need quick direct contact. - Use

Questions tied to a specific account or a specific problem are usually better handled through Tickets or Phone support.
