Saved search filters
This page explains the saved filters that help you quickly reopen commonly used filter combinations on different screens.
Where to open them
The most common entry points are:
- in desktop from the top-right user menu through "Saved search filters";
- in mobile from the navigation through "Saved search filters".
What they do
Saved search filters help you:
- save a frequently used filter combination;
- open the correct screen directly with the saved filters already applied;
- avoid selecting the same filter conditions again and again.
This is useful when you work with recurring reports, lists, or operational views.
How they are created
New saved filters are not created from the saved filters list itself.
To create one:
- Open the screen where you are working.
- Set the filters you need in that screen's filter panel.
- Use the save button in the filter panel.
- Enter a name for the filter and, if needed, choose whether it should be private.
Only the filters for the current screen are saved.
What the list shows
In the list you can see:
- the name of the saved filter;
- the key of the screen it belongs to;
- a lock icon when the filter is private and visible only to you;
- a delete button.
How a saved filter is applied
When you select a saved filter from the list:
- the system opens the correct screen for that filter;
- it applies the saved conditions as the active filters;
- it replaces the current query parameters with the saved filter view.
That means you do not need to manually open the target page first.
When a private filter is useful
A private filter is useful when:
- you use certain working views only for yourself;
- you do not want other people in the business to see that saved filter;
- the filter is related to your own workflow or a temporary task.
How it is deleted
From the saved filters list you can use the delete button for a specific item.
This removes only the saved filter and does not change the data in the underlying screen, list, or report.
If a filter no longer works
Sometimes an older filter may point to a screen that the system no longer recognizes.
In that case:
- the filter will not be applied;
- the system may offer to delete it;
- the best option is to open the current screen and save a new filter from there.
