Wallet

The Wallet is where you add balance for sending notifications and review what has already been charged through the wallet. From the same page you can open Auto top up, Deposit History, Recent payments, Invoices, and Subscription.

This is not a screen for customer payments or sales. For those, see Sales and payments.

What is on the page​

  • the current wallet balance;
  • the Auto top up button with status tags;
  • direct links to:
    • Deposit History
    • Recent payments
    • Invoices
    • Subscription
    • Notification Prices List
  • action buttons at the bottom of the page:
    • Invoice details
    • Manage payment methods
    • Make deposit

The Manage payment methods button here opens the saved cards used for platform charges, not the business Payment methods used in sales.

Before you make a deposit​

  • You need completed Invoice details before you can proceed to payment.
  • If they are missing, the page shows the invoice details block and an Edit invoice details button.
  • If you do not have a payment method yet, open Payment methods first.

Steps: Make a deposit​

  1. Go to Wallet.
  2. Select Make deposit.
  3. If invoice details are missing, return to Invoice details and save them first.
  4. In the deposit modal, enter a value in Enter amount of deposit.
  5. If needed, open Payment methods to add or review the method you want to use.
  6. Confirm with Make deposit.

The deposit modal works in euro (EUR) and warns that you will be charged in the EUR equivalent of the amount in your currency.

The Make deposit button stays disabled until invoice details are completed.

Auto top up​

From Wallet you can open Auto top up and set:

  • Minimum balance
  • Top up amount

When the balance drops to the configured minimum, the system tries to add the configured amount automatically. If you want to stop this behavior, leave both fields empty. The detailed flow is described in Auto top up.

History and payment checks​

  • Deposit History shows all wallet deposits:
    • payment gateway;
    • status;
    • date and time;
    • amount;
    • invoice link when an invoice has already been issued.
  • Recent payments shows what has been charged through the wallet and when.
  • Invoices collects the issued invoices for payments to the platform.

Access and permissions​

If you do not have permission to read wallet data, the page shows a warning message and does not display the wallet details. In that case, ask the owner or an administrator for access.
