Subscription

The Subscription page is where you create a paid plan, change the current one, extend it manually, and review the next billing date. If you have not created a paid plan yet, the page shows the free plan and the Create subscription button.

Before you start

  • If you are creating the first paid plan, you can start directly from Create subscription.
  • For normal billing, manual extension, and future renewals, keep at least one valid saved payment method for platform billing. If none exists, the page shows the No payment methods added. warning.
  • Complete Invoice details so the manual payment flow and invoice issuance do not stop. The same invoice details block is visible here, just like in Wallet.

What you see on the page

  • a card for the current plan;
  • a Limits section;
  • an Included features section;
  • a Price & Billing section with:
    • Next payment at
    • Monthly fee
    • any active discount;
  • action buttons depending on the current state:
    • Create subscription
    • Change
    • Extend now
    • Cancel

Create a subscription

  1. Go to Subscription.
  2. If you are on the free plan, click Create subscription.
  3. In the modal, set the limits that are available in the current screen:
    • Number of employees
    • Number of locations
    • optionally Number of resources if you enable the resources option
  4. Add paid features when needed from the Features section.
  5. If a feature supports quantity, adjust it with the plus and minus buttons.
  6. Review the calculated Monthly fee.
  7. Confirm with Create subscription.

The app does not let you set a limit lower than the number of employees and locations you already use. When you change the values, the monthly fee is recalculated immediately.

For the first paid plan, the app creates the subscription and sets the next payment for a later date. If you already have an active paid plan and change it, the remaining value from the old plan is recalculated as time on the new one.

How limits and features work

  • Employees and Locations are the mandatory plan limits.
  • Resources are only part of the plan when you enable the option for resources that can provide services without an employee.
  • In the current modal there is no separate field for client limit or monthly appointments limit.
  • The Features section lets you add extra capabilities to the plan.
  • If a feature is billed by quantity, the card shows plus and minus controls so you can set the included count.
  • Learn more opens the feature details before you decide whether to add it.

Change, extend, and cancel

  • Change opens the current plan in the same modal so you can adjust limits and features.
  • When you change a plan, the app warns that the old plan is replaced and the remaining value from it is recalculated as time in the new plan.
  • Extend now starts a manual payment for one more month of the current plan.
  • After manual extension, the app shows a message that the update will be reflected within a few minutes.
  • Cancel marks the plan as canceled. If the plan has an end date, the card displays it below the plan.
Important

If there is no payment method for platform billing, the page warns you. Without a valid method you cannot rely on normal manual extension and future billing of the subscription.

Pricing and billing

  • Next payment at shows the date and time of the next billing attempt.
  • If that date has already passed, the card shows Pending payment.
  • Monthly fee is shown in euro (EUR) both as a per-employee reference and as a total monthly amount.
  • If there is a discount, the app also shows the old price with a strike-through.
  • Subscription invoices are available in Invoices.
